The Elecard Movie Transform SDK is a software design kit intended to enable programmers to develop digital movie transform programms using the Elecard components within the Microsoft DirectShow technology.

Main features:

• Elecard Graph Viewer Elecard Graph Viewer is a tool for the presentation of graphs built by any solution. In the edit mode it allows the filter graph building (filter adding, deleting and connection), control of the graph state (run, stop, pause) and positioning in the media stream.
• Elecard 2HD Movie Scaler DirectShow filter that allows high-quality movie resizing from any resolution to HD 720p, 720i, 1080p and 1080i formats.
• Elecard Deinterlace DirectShow filter that converts interlaced movie into progressive scan format. The conversion is performed by using the edge-based line average algorithm (ELA) and the bicubic interpolation method.
• Elecard Subtitle Renderer The software module for the subtitle displaying. The subtitles are read from the XML file. The Renderer is implemented as a DirectShow filter and can be used by any DirectShow solution.
• Elecard MPEG2 Movie Decoder The Elecard MPEG-2 Movie Decoder filter is a software-only decoding programm for MPEG-2 movie (ISO/IEC 13818-2) and MPEG-1 movie (ISO/IEC 11172-2) streams. The Decoder is implemented as a DirectShow filter and can be used by any DirectShow programm (e.g., Windows Media Player). The filter can process MPEG movie streams generated by the Elecard MPEG2 Demultiplexer filter or by any other compliant filter, such as Microsoft MPEG-2 Splitter, MPEG-2 Demultiplxer or MPEG-I Stream Splitter. DirectShow filters provide additional stream handling, such as reading from a file or network source and rendering it to a window or DirectDraw surface. The filter can process Closed Captions (CC) and has a CC output pin. The CC info output is executed in a path suitable for decoding by the software Line 21 decoder filter which comes with DirectShow.
• Elecard Color Space Converter 2 DirectShow filter that provides conversion between different formats of uncompressed movie (for example, from RGB 24-bit to YUV 16-bit color).
• Elecard Logo Renderer The Elecard Logo Renderer is a DirectShow transform filter that allows rendering movie overlaid with a preselected pic. The pic is put over each movie frame. The filter overlays the pic also using an alpha-channel.
• Elecard Movie Scaler Elecard Movie Scaler is a DirectShow filter that allows high-quality movie resizing, aspect ratio changing and working with vertical blanking interval (VBI) details.
• Elecard MPEG Demultiplexer The Elecard MPEG Demultiplexer filter is a DirectShow filter designed for the software-only splitting of MPEG-1 System Streams, MPEG-2 Program Streams and MPEG-2 Transport Streams into movie and sound streams. The Demultiplexer operates with subpicture streams and allows for the parsing of MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video-only streams and H.264 movie streams. The Elecard MPEG Demultiplexer filter performs seek operations in a media file by using Presentation Time Stamps (PTS), bitrate, or Elecard indexing technology. It is fully compatible with the Elecard MPEG2 Movie Decoder and the Elecard Sound Decoder
