Tail4Win is a Windows port of the UNIX ‘tail -f’ command. It is used to monitor modifications to files and display the changed lines in realtime.

This programm can be very beneficial to monitor program log files, such as IIS, Tomcat, Resin log files or Apache's error.log and access.log.
